Our tastefully decorated quad/family room has a king-size double bed and 2 single beds. This room can also be offered as a standard double or standard twin room. Includes full Scottish breakfast.

Our Superior Double Rooms are situated on the first floor the house. Each has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Includes choice of full Scottish or continental breakfast. The Superior Rooms are at the front of the house, so have the best views across town and the Tummel Valley.

Our Top-Floor Double room is located on the second floor of the property and oozes character due to the eaves of the roof. It has a large bathroom with a corner shower. Being at the front of the house it offers fantastic views over the town and hills beyond. Please note the second staircase to the top floor is a little steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.Includes full Scottish breakfast.

Our top floor single room is new for 2022. Located at the front of the house, this room looks out over the town to the hills beyond. Includes full Scottish breakfast

One of our Single rooms is located on the first floor at the front of the house and has views over the town and hills beyond. Includes full Scottish breakfast.

Our small twin room is located on the top floor of the house. Please note that whilst this room has the same facilities as all the rooms in the house, the have some restricted head-height due to the eaves of the roof. The ensuite has a bath with handheld shower head attachment to aid hair washing, but it cannot be used as a conventional shower due to the restricted head room. Also, the second staircase to the top floor is a little steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.  Includes full Scottish breakfast.

Carra Beag Guest House

We have 8 ensuite letting rooms, sleeping a total of 16 guests; 4 doubles, 1 small twin, 2 singles and 1 quad/family room which can sleep up to 4 people; with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, it can also be utilised as an extra standard double or standard twin. One of our double rooms has a four-poster bed.

One double, the small twin and the larger of the single rooms are located on the second floor of the house. As this is a traditional Scottish  Victorian villa, these rooms have combed ceilings which add to their character, but also reduce head height. Also, the stairs up to this top floor are quite steep and are therefore not suitable for guests with any mobility issues.

All our rooms are equipped with flat-screen television, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and free WiFi.

Our Standard Double Room is located on the first floor of the house, but looks over the back towards Ben Vrackie. Includes full Scottish  breakfast.
