cottage is located in the heart of the popular picturesque town
of Pitlochry, ideally suited for touring Perthshire and the
Highlands. In fact all of Scotland's main centres, including
Edinburgh, St Andrews, Perth and Inverness are within easy reach.Ivy
Cottage was originally built as lodgings for the retainer to
the family resident at Carra Beag, the adjoining Victorian Villa
and Guest House.
The Cottage has been sympathetically restored
and upgraded and now provides comfortable holiday lets for
groups of up to 7 people.
Ivy Cottage enjoys magnificent views
across the Tummel Valley and sited in a quiet location but
only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Pitlochry with its
many amenities.
2 double rooms, 1 triple
room, Each these rooms has en-suite facilities.
The well appointed kitchen includes all modern appliances
including a dish washer and washer/dryer.
The spacious lounge/ dining room has a gas fired stove in
addition to the entire cottage being centrally heated.
There is a private patio for outside entertaining
and guests may use the adjoining house garden if they wish.
There is parking space for 2 cars.
