The rooms and public areas at Carra Beag reflect the charm of the Victorian era in which the house was built. We have made every effort to retain many of the original features.The rooms at Carra beag have been individually designed and decorated in a way sympathetic to the history of the building.

Most of our rooms have en - suite facilities but we retain a small number rooms with a shared bathroom for the budget traveller or perhaps for the children of the family. All the rooms are equipped with TV's, condiments, electric blankets and are all centrally heated.

The lounge room with its panoramic view is a lovely place to relax at any time of the year. In the summer the sun streams in through the bay window. On cooler evenings we light the coal fire to warm and cheer our guests. The lounge is well stocked with books, games & magazines. We also retain a selection of musical instruments including our lovely Victorian piano which we encourage guests to play. Breakfast made from local produce is cooked to order and served in the original dining room.
